With just 3 days per week, you’ll follow easy-to-use, in-app workouts with video demo’s that make working out a breeze! Tracking your progress easily, swap exercises if needed, adjust intensity, and track your gains! The program is built with progressive overload to ensure that you’re continuously challenged and making steady progress.

NYC Fitness Coaching
In the fast-paced city of NYC, finding the right personal trainer can make all the difference. As a former physical therapy assistant turned certified personal trainer, I bring a unique blend of expertise to every session, focusing on both rehabilitation and performance. My training approach ensures that you not only get stronger but do so with proper form, maximizing intensity, and reducing the risk of injury. I currently service in the neighborhoods of Williamsburg, Brooklyn and Flatiron, Manhattan.
